Comparison of P-53, Ki-67 and Cd-10 Expression Between Fibroadenoma, Benign Phyllodes Tumor and Malignant Phyllodes Tumor

Background: Fibroepithelial tumors of the breast are a heterogeneous group biphasic lesions comprising an epithelial component and quantitatively predominant mesenchymal component. These classified into two major categories: Fibroadenoma phyllodes tumor (PT). Phyllodes benign, borderline malignant grade categories based on histological parameters.
 Methods: An analytical-cross sectional study was conducted in Department Pathology, Hindu Rao Hospital, Delhi-110007 from November 2016 to December 2018. Total 50 cases were included 30 fibroadenoma, 15 benign 5 tumor. All specimens fixed 10% buffered formalin. Tissue processed embedded paraffin. The sections stained with hematoxylin eosin (H&E) histopathological section. Immunostaining using CD-10, Ki-67 p53 antibodies done all cases.
 Result: Among fibroadenoma only 3.33% showed positive CD-10 expression 96.66% negative. 26.67% while 73.33 negative expression. 40% 60% significantly higher (p value = 0.019) 0.007) as compared fibroadenoma. P-53 epithelium seen 56% 26% cases, show stromal Stromal Epithelial 33% tumor.
